Note that the box already - before I have unsuccesfully entered any password- has a red cross saying "The user name or password This does not accept my 26 digit password (there seems hardly room in the box for it) and nothing I put in works. When I click on the computer1 icon, I get the box "Enter Network Credentials" pasted below (my network is 12Net). In WindowsExplorer, network, computer2 finds computer1. I have tried to solve this problem on computer2. If you need to reset the password for a Windows virtual machine running in VMware Fusion or Parallels on your Mac, just mount the PCUnlocker ISO image to the virtual CD drive and you can reset the password as well.

(although the upgrade disposed of some of my running programs, which have had to be reinstalled!
